THE PROCESS

FIT4LIFE & FIT4LIFE PARKINSON'S:

  • Before joining, obtain a medical clearance from your healthcare provider to ensure you’re ready to start safely.

  • Schedule an initial assessment with one of our exercise physiologists to tailor the program to your needs and goals.

  • Once cleared, you’ll be booked into the appropriate class, and you can purchase a class pass to get started.

BEAT IT PROGRAM

  • This program is coordinated through Diabetes Australia, so registration must go through their platform.

  • We host this program throughout the year, providing expert-led classes to support your journey towards better health.
