BIOGRAPHY:

Karen recently graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Sydney. Throughout her degree, she gained hands-on experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, mental health, and working with older adults. Karen is passionate about educating clients on the benefits of exercise and creating individualized exercise programs tailored to each person's unique needs.


In addition to her background in exercise physiology, Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts (Dance) Honors from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, completed in 2017. With extensive knowledge of ballet and contemporary dance, she brings a deep understanding of movement and biomechanics to her practice.


Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through running, gym workouts, and dance classes. She also loves exploring Sydney’s diverse food scene and listening to podcasts in her downtime.
